1. Services
Beaver Ridge Disposal provides roll-off container rental, bulk item disposal, job site cleanup, and commercial waste management services in Marinette County and Oconto County, Wisconsin. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Service Requests
Submitting a contact form or quote request does not guarantee service. All service requests are subject to confirmation by Beaver Ridge Disposal. We will contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and scheduling before any work begins.
3. Pricing and Payment

Container rentals: 10-yard containers start at $450; 20-yard containers start at $550. Both include a 15-day rental period and up to 2 tons of debris.

Bulk item disposal, job site cleanup, and commercial waste management are quoted on a per-job basis.

Sales tax of 5.5% is applied to all services.

Payment is required in full before service begins or a container is delivered.

We accept PayPal, Venmo, and credit card. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
4. Weight Limits and Additional Fees
The base rental price includes disposal of up to 2 tons of debris. Any weight exceeding 2 tons will result in additional tipping fees charged at prevailing landfill disposal rates. A fuel surcharge of $25 may apply when average fuel prices exceed $4.00 per gallon.
5. Prohibited Materials
The following materials are not permitted in any container or service: hazardous waste, chemicals, paints, solvents, batteries, tires, asbestos, medical waste, and other materials restricted by local, state, or federal law. Violations may result in additional fees, refusal of service, or removal of the container without refund.
6. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information when requesting service, including correct service address and project description.

Ensure clear, safe access for delivery and pickup of containers. Beaver Ridge Disposal is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces caused by normal delivery and pickup operations.

Keep children and unauthorized individuals away from containers and equipment at all times.

Do not overload containers beyond the fill line or place prohibited materials inside.
7. Liability
Beaver Ridge Disposal is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use of containers or equipment, placement of prohibited materials, or failure to provide safe access. Customers assume full responsibility for safe use of rented equipment during the rental period.
8. Rental Period and Extensions
The standard rental period is 15 days from delivery. Extended rental periods are available upon request and may incur additional daily fees. Contact us to arrange an extension before your rental period expires.
9. Damage to Equipment
Customers are responsible for any damage to containers or equipment caused by misuse, overloading, placement of prohibited materials, or negligence during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the customer.
10. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service request, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before container delivery or service commencement will receive a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations after service has begun.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Wisconsin law, Beaver Ridge Disposal’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Marinette County or Oconto County, Wisconsin.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
