Refund Policy

At Beaver Ridge Disposal, we stand behind our work. We understand that plans change, and we want our refund process to be as straightforward as our service.

Cancellations Before Service

If you cancel your service request before container delivery or before any on-site work begins, you will receive a full refund of any payment made. No questions asked.

Cancellations After Delivery or Service Has Begun

Once a container has been delivered to your location or on-site work has begun, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Fees already incurred—including delivery, pickup, and disposal costs—may not be refundable. We will work with you to reach a fair resolution.

Overpayment or Billing Errors

If you are overcharged or a billing error occurs, contact us and we will issue a correction or refund promptly.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Service

If you believe the service you received was not performed as agreed, contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review the situation and work to make it right—whether that means a partial refund, credit toward future service, or other resolution.

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, Venmo, or credit card). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
